The Swallow's Tail Mate
Also called Guéridon's Mate: the queen checks the king from directly beside it, and the king's two rearward escape squares are blocked by its own pieces, the shape resembling a swallow's forked tail.
How to spot it: when the enemy king's two back-diagonal flights are occupied by its own men, a supported queen check next to the king finishes the job.
